  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (before shipment)
  • Processing includes order verification, preparation, and packing.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

All orders are shipped by air.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit time: 4–6 business days after shipment
  • Total estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, customs or security inspections, and other factors beyond our control.

Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

Please contact us. We will assist with reshipment or a return according to our policies.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the item(s)Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)
  • We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
