Are your plants real or artificial? +

All Penmery products are artificial greenery designed for decorative purposes only. We do not sell live plants.

Do artificial plants require maintenance? +

No. Our artificial greenery does not require watering, sunlight, or plant care.

Tip: Gently dust with a dry cloth to keep it looking fresh.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use? +

Our products are primarily designed for indoor decorative use. If an item is suitable for covered outdoor use, it will be stated on the product page.

Note: Color and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and display settings.

Shipping

How long does order processing take? +

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

How long does shipping take? +
  • Shipping: 5–7 business days (air)
  • Method: Air only

All orders are shipped by air. We do not use sea freight.

Will I receive tracking information? +

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

  • Return shipping fee: No fee
  • Restocking fee: No fee

Items must be unused and returned in original packaging with all components included.

How do I start a return? +

Email us at support@penmery.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? +

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
