A few helpful details about your Halloween savings and complimentary gifts.
How is my complimentary gift eligibility determined?
Your gift tier is based on the eligible merchandise subtotal in your order, calculated before promotional discounts, shipping fees, and taxes.
Shipping protection, gift cards, delivery charges, taxes, and the value of complimentary items do not count toward the qualifying amount.
Can I enjoy a discount and receive a free gift?
Absolutely! Eligible orders can enjoy both a complimentary gift and the highest applicable Halloween discount.

Please note that only one promotional discount code can be applied to each order.
Is there a limit to the number of gifts I can receive?
Each qualifying order is eligible for one complimentary gift.
Gift tiers are not cumulative, so reaching a higher spending tier does not entitle an order to multiple tier gifts.
May I choose a gift from a lower spending tier?
Of course. Once your order qualifies for a gift tier, you may select one available gift from that tier or any lower tier.
For example, an order qualifying for the $5,000 gift tier may choose a gift from the $5,000, $2,500, or $1,500 tier.
What should I do to claim my complimentary gift?
Complimentary gifts are not automatically placed in your cart.
Browse the eligible gifts from your unlocked tier, select your preferred item, and add it to your cart before completing checkout.
The qualifying gift promotion will then be applied according to the event rules.
Which products and orders count toward the event?
Eligible physical merchandise purchased through Penmery, including lighting and furniture, contributes to your qualifying order subtotal.
Custom projects, trade purchases, bulk orders, and specially quoted products may also qualify. Please contact our team to confirm the available benefits before finalizing these orders.
Will I need to pay for shipping on my gift?
Complimentary gifts include free standard shipping to eligible delivery addresses within the United States.
Your purchased items and complimentary gift may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
This Halloween gift promotion is available to eligible U.S. customers only.
What if my preferred gift becomes unavailable?
All complimentary gifts are offered while supplies last. Adding a gift to your cart does not guarantee availability.
If your selected item sells out before your order is completed, you may choose another available gift from an eligible tier.
What happens to my gift if I return an item?
If a return lowers your remaining eligible merchandise subtotal below the spending requirement for your selected gift, the complimentary gift must also be returned.
If you prefer to keep the gift, its listed value will be deducted from your refund.
